    ②After 3 months of treatment, patients with bone metastases, tumor load did not increase, and bone pain did not appear or disappeared;

    ③After or within three months of treatment, the metastatic lesions were significantly reduced or disappeared. The tumor size is reduced (that is, the tumor burden is reduced).

    Serum tumor markers have one of the following conditions:

    ①Compared with the basic value, there is no significant increase for 3 months (>25%);

    ② Within or after 3 months of treatment, reduce more than 25% of the basic value;

    ③Compared with the basic value, there is a significant increase (>25%) during treatment, but a significant decrease (>25%) within 45 days

  • I am undergoing chemotherapy, can I receive treatment?
    1) Patients who are receiving radiotherapy and chemotherapy are not recommended to receive ACTL treatment at the same time.
    2) For patients who are ready to receive radiotherapy and chemotherapy, consider the following ACTL treatment options. But be careful to stop ACTL treatment after a significant decrease in the number of white blood cells or bone marrow suppression.
    Take the chemotherapy regimen with an interval of 2 weeks as an example: 1 to 2 days before the first chemotherapy, start the cell culture phase of the first ACTL treatment. After the patient’s peripheral blood cells were extracted 2 to 3 days before the second chemotherapy, the CTL prepared for the first time was immediately transfused. In the future, treatment will be carried out in accordance with this ACTL and chemotherapy alternately. When there is a significant decrease in the number of white blood cells or bone marrow suppression, stop ACTL treatment.
    3) After the number of white blood cells in patients after radiotherapy and chemotherapy has recovered or is close to normal, ACTL treatment can be carried out in addition to the white blood cells raised to normal with white blood drugs.

  • How much does ACTL treatment cost?
    The cost depends on the actual situation of the patient, and the cost of different programs is different.
  • What are the precautions during treatment?

    3) The diet should be light and nutritious. Eat more vegetables, (such as cabbage and cauliflower, etc.) and radishes, sour plums, soybeans, beef, mushrooms, asparagus, coix seed, etc. Foods contain anti-cancer substances, fruits, milk, turtles, etc. are rich in a variety of amino acids, vitamins, Protein and digestible nourishing food.
    4) Eat more protein. Tumor patients consume a lot of energy, so their diet should increase protein by 20% compared to normal people.
    Eat less greasy and overweight food; eat less warm foods such as dog meat and mutton; eat less unshelled seafood, bamboo shoots, taro and other allergic "fat"; eat less drinks containing chemicals, preservatives, and additives Snacks. Avoid too much sour, too hot, too salty, tobacco and alcohol and other irritants.
