Women over 50 years of age
        In China, the peak age of endometrial cancer is 50-59 years old, and the average age of diagnosis is 55 years old. With age, the incidence of endometrial cancer has shown a significant upward trend. 90% of endometrial cancers occur in women over 45 years old, 80% are women over 50 years old, and 70% are postmenopausal women.

Abnormal uterine bleeding
        Women over the age of 50 or postmenopausal women who have abnormal bleeding symptoms in the past six months are recommended to undergo endometrial cancer screening. About 90% of endometrial cancer patients will have irregular vaginal bleeding, which often occurs after menopause.

Medical history or family history of malignancy
        Especially breast cancer, colorectal, female reproductive tumors.

Obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure
        These diseases can cause the lining of the uterus to thicken and increase the risk of endometrial cancer.
        In addition, women who have been or are undergoing postmenopausal hormone replacement therapy or are taking or are taking mifepristone or tamoxifen and women with ovulation disorders are also high-risk groups.
        If it is a high-risk group of endometrial cancer, it is recommended that relevant examinations be carried out regularly.
