On December 15, 2015, the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Innovation Commission officially issued the "Notice on Receiving Shenzhen's 2015 Second Batch of National High-tech Enterprises and the First Batch of National High-tech Enterprise Certificates Passing the Review. Shenzhen Yishi Kangning Biological Technology Co., Ltd. successfully passed the certification of "National High-tech Enterprise", with a validity period of 3 years.

Shenzhen Yishi Kangning Co., Ltd. was included in the list of Shenzhen high-tech enterprises in October 2014. On this basis, according to the “High-tech Enterprise” jointly issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation in April and July 2008, Relevant regulations of the “Regulation Management Measures” (Guoke Fahuo [2008] No. 172) and the “Guidelines for the Management of High-tech Enterprise Certification” (Guoke Fahuo [2008] No. 362), as well as company declaration, expert review, and Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission With the review of the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Committee, social announcements, and the filing of the Torch Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the "National High-tech Enterprise" certification was finally completed. The "Administrative Measures" and "Work Guidelines" have made stricter regulations on the identification standards and approval procedures of high-tech enterprises, which greatly increased the threshold for identification of enterprises.
