The plan proposes that by 2020, the scale of the biological industry will reach 8-10 trillion yuan, and the added value of the biological industry will account for more than 4% of GDP.
The plan proposes: The 13th Five-Year Plan will expand new applications that will benefit people’s livelihood, implement bio-industry benefits projects for the major needs of building a healthy and beautiful China, promote the application of emerging technologies such as genetic testing and cell therapy, and promote industrial development results that will benefit people’s livelihood more . An individualized immune cell therapy technology application demonstration center and a gene technology service center will be built.
